Before you ask

Common questions.

Are you a solo consultant or a team?
Acutis is Ward — with a trusted network of specialists we bring in when the engagement needs it. You always work directly with the person who knows your business. No account managers, no juniors running your work.
What industries do you work in?
Retail, ecommerce, financial services, media, B2B services. If you have a digital revenue model and a P&L that needs improving, we're interested in the conversation.
How quickly can you start?
Typically 2–3 weeks from first conversation to kick-off. We don't drag out the commercial process. If it's a fit, we move.
What does it cost?
We price by engagement format, not by the hour. An honest conversation about scope and budget happens on the first call. We don't do hidden costs or scope creep — the commercial model is agreed upfront.
Do you work with startups?
Selectively. We prefer companies with revenue, a team, and a real commercial problem to solve. If that's you — even at an early stage — we're open to the conversation.
Why 'Acutis'?
Carlo Acutis. 1991–2006. Taught himself to code, built websites for the Church, became the patron saint of the internet. A reminder that technology, used with purpose, serves something greater than itself. That's the business we're trying to build.
